Terms & Conditions of sale

  1. All naturally produced materials derive part of their beauty and charm from their inherent natural variations in geological formation, colour, size and finish. One of the qualities of honed, brushed or tumbled stone products is that they can have a non-uniform irregular edge as such variations are not deemed defects.
  2. All goods must be examined upon delivery and shortages or damages should be indicated on the delivery note or receipt. Hard Rock will promptly correct problems with deliveries if notified in writing within 48hrs. Installation of any product implies acceptance of goods.
  3. Hard Rock cannot fit or install goods, nor supply labour for fitting or installation. The customer takes responsibility for the fitting or installation of goods.
  4. Time shall not be of the essence unless agreed in writing otherwise. Hard Rock will endeavour to meet delivery dates but they cannot be guaranteed.  Customers expose themselves to costs of installation at their own risk.
  5. Goods cut to specific sizes for custom fits cannot be returned without prior agreement. Returned goods must be returned at the customer’s own expense, and within seven days.  Goods will be subject to an inspection before a credit or refund can be authorised.  All refunds will be subject to 20% handling charge.
  6. All prices quoted are subject to confirmation at the time of order and are exclusive of delivery charges and VAT.
  7. We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control whether herein or otherwise.
  8. Where Hard Rock or its agents deliver products to the customer’s premises, the delivery will be to the kerbside only.
  9. Protective packing materials used for delivery should be recycled or disposed of by the customer.
  10. All goods supplied will remain the property of Hard Rock Flooring until paid for in full.
